Google Voice Apps Coming to Android and BlackBerry, iPhone Google Voice, the sweet service that lets you redirect calls, transcribes your voicemails and way more, is finally coming to smartphones—but only Android and BlackBerry, for now. iPhone users, you can go have some coffee while you wait. Vincent Paquet, a senior product manager for Google and cofounder of GrandCentral (Google Voice before its name change), announced that Google Voice will be coming to the Android Market and to BlackBerry, although users of the latter will have to download it directly from Google rather than App World for some reason. It’ll let you have your Google Voice number displayed on the other end and show transcribed email inside the app, rather than forcing the use of a browser. The invite system of registration, however, will still be in place. iPhone and WebOS are markedly absent; we can forgive a little tardiness at WebOS because the platform’s so new, but iPhone? What gives? Isn’t Skype already available? No explanation for the absence was given, but Google assures us it is definitely coming as soon as possible. [CNET]…GIZMODO

A few of my firends purchased the device. Being that I am a former iPhone user some features dont seem to impress me. COPY AND PASTE has been out since like the 90’s and this is what they seem to be running on. The way the device copy’s and paste is ok but come on! Video is ok but this device hasn’t won me over again. BLACKBERRY TOUR SET TO DROP JULY 12TH!
Lyricism and Hip-Hop is it Dead?

I highly doubt that and hip hop isn’t dead either NaS. I feel hip hop is at a stage where it’s ventured off and is doing different things sort of like a teenager when it leave junior high and enters highschool. With due time it will come back to it’s sense’s.
The question is, is Lyriscism dead? I certainly feel it’s not, depends on who you have stored in your iTunes and what songs you having syncing to your iPod that may influence you to conjure an opinion like that. I feel that lyricism is still in the game and it’s Artist like Joe Budden,Joel Ortiz, Jadakiss, and Faboulous ( There’s a handful of artist but these are my choice’s)that are keeping lyricism alive. Joe Budden paints pictures, he just doesnt rhyme words. The most highly underrated mother fucker in the game bar none is my dude Joe Budden. He is the best lyricist and artist in the game and the most marketable but others fail to realize and are stuck in a whole different decade like the Brat is ( Joey). He is a phenominal artist and indivisual also, (check out Joe Budden TV on YouTube quick plug in!) a person you can relate to.
I feel that any hip hop head who says his first album Joe Budden is trash is wrong. 10 mins was a song that showed great artistry and structure all the elements of a great artist in the making. Stand up Nucca was what the title is a stand up nigga track, one verse, one hook and go one yourself if you think otherwise. Other tracks on there where good and decent tracks which made this an overrall great album with an extreme level of Lyricism. Mood Muzik 1-3 are also filled with an enormous amout of Lyricism as well as his new album Half Way House.( Good choice to not work with DJ On Point dude is annoying and wasn’t really doing nothing on the albums besides talking over the beat like Puff) But not here to rate every song nor album put out by this Phenominal Artist.
What I am stating is that hip hop is NOT dead nor is lyricism is that radio limits you from hearing real and organic hip hop. And you people are afraid to hear other artist and give credit to an artist putting in work, but love everything Jay-Z seems to drop, dude is wack right now and really isn’t saying nothing like Lil’ Wayne, but this is what you like. And Styles lyricism ain’t dead, Joel Ortiz lyrically spanked you in ” Time is Money”.
Joel Ortiz is a phenominal artist as well and is highly underrated as well, but just stop that annoying YAOOOO on every track. He’s not fucking with Joe Budden just to put it out there but he’s number 2 like Mase on my list. So many people are quick to pre judge the game but not let new artist step in and give it mouth to mouth. Every one I mention Joe Budden to just mentions Pump It Up, it’s like where the fuck you been these pass few years? Do you surf the net and read? look at YouTube and seen when my man put his foot in Charles Hamilton ass? I guess not. So I say that to say this that Hip Hop isn’t dead it’s that you people choose to hear what you want and generate your opinions from watered down material. Lil’ Wayne is killing hip hop and so is Jay-Z and not in a good way those fucking bums!! Jay you put out good material but go lay in your beach chair, Lil’ Wayne you fell off well you was never on your just amusing. Hip Hop is in a state of confusion the current vets in the game won’t leave and fail to understand that they are done. We need people to open there ears and listen to these underated artist. There’s a handful of talent in hip hop but theres a lot of black balling and sheep leading sheep it’s deep! (Joey)

iPhone’s or Blackberries?
Posted in Blackberry, Crackberry, Drama, Hip Hop, Introduction, Joe Budden, News, Obama, Rick Ross, STACK TEAM, fashion, iPhone, music, talent on April 24, 2009 by sTaCk TeAmI’ve own both devices and I must say they cannot be compared, and both are phenomenal devices. I recently had a 16gb iPhone 3G until I lost it…smh. The device it self is so compacted and sleek FaceBook, Myspace and Twitter apps are the best on any device. After awhile texting on the Device gets annoying and you see your self calling more than texting and I am a heavy texter! I enjoyed Face Book on the device and the apps, well I miss the apps!
On the BB, I have become addicted to BlackBerry Messenger a IM Client that you use to connect with anyone who owns a BB no matter what service provider. The BB is a well rounded phone and reliable phone. The iPhone would bug out on me. Another Plus for the BB is it’s durable battery life for someone on the go it’s a good look. On iPhone if I was downtown I would stop by the apple store to get juiced up…lol shameless I know lol.
So iPhone or BB depends on you, Until Apple drops there updated and I see how it works I am a CRACKBERRY addict till I DIE…

People only seem to want to listen to watered down hip hop, and if it isn’t Lil Wayne it can’t be played. Enough of that though, Rck Ross has proven that he can walk like a giant and talk like a tyrant because he showed his ass on this album. 50 Cent did not distroy nor miss up his career. He only launched Ross’s career and Ross is Shittin on him right now. This album is a Must Cop! This Gets my approval for a must have for 2009!

Guerilla Warfare In the Industry…

Rick Ross aka The Boss recently dropped a record titled “Mafia Music” which in my opinion is a good track. In the track he pulled a Jay-Z tactic and one lined 50cent on his situation with his baby’s mother. 50cent then dropped Officer Ricky witch in my opinion was like the 1st response Saigon sent to Joey staright garbage. 50 then proceeded to attack Ross and brought Ross’s baby mother out to NYC to expose him of his situation with her.
People say that 50cent went to far by doing this but I say Rick started this whole baby mother thing when he mentioned 50’s current situation in his lyrics. I say before you pop shit make sure everything is good on your end because shit has a hell if way of getting to the light. Ross would have been ok if he would have left her the truck…LOL.
On a personal note 50 has won hands down. In an artistic note Rick Ross won, and radio stations need to stop the prasing of 50 like he killed Ross he didn’t. 50 killed Cam and Ja lyrically and tried to get Ross and fell short. 50 should have taken the 48 hrs and wrote a banger not expose him. You can snipe his ego, tarnish his image or trick on his baby’s mother but Ross has talent and this is Hip-Hop so on a Hip-Hop level Ross has won period! So I say that to say this if I destroy you lyrically and all you can do is pull a gun on me because you can’t take the “L” who won? One day it’s all gonna go back to when lyrics and words mean something. Free Hip Hop!
When does Talent override Notoreity?

Back in the 80’s and 90’s music was and still is a form of expression, MC’s, Rappers, or Lyricist would get behind the Mic and tell us stories and have you in the zone. Some would talk about blowing the moon and the sun away while other talked about the bodies they had. If research were to be done you would know that none of these Rappers were capable of such things. Now a days if you where not shot 80 times or did 80 years in jail you can’t rap about it anymore. Not that im a fan of fake gangster rap or what not but im a fan of talent. If you paint great pictures with words and simulate one’s thought process I am your fan.
I started giving this topic much thought when pictures and what was then rumors began to circulate about a Talented Rapper by the name of Rick Ross. Yes he does portray the image of a notorious gangster and shows us the lifestlye of a Boss from his decked out home to his luxurious vehicles. If anyone who’s heared his music knows that he glorifies the “Cocaine Trade” and the lifestlye that comes with it Money, Women, and etc. When he was younger he was a Correction’s Officer in a Florida state prison. Like anyone who is young it’s a job who cares cause I for sure dont bills gotta get paid and you labeling me anything aint going to get them paid. So yea he was a C.O or what not but does that stop you from being talented? Does image chaparone talent? From what I know people dont grow up and be like I want to be a drug dealer or have drug dealer put under there highschool picture and if you did grow up that way go find a role model it’s 2009 get in tune with yourself. When a song is posted of Rick Ross or featuring Rick Ross on hiphopgame.com or allhiphop.com he is called a pig and every name in the book. No one want to hear him because his credibility is no more on point because of his history. How do we know that what he raps about is fake or what not how do we not know that he was a C.O and then found the drugs? Point blank period this is foolish because we idolize rappers with no damn talent and who cant flow half the time just because he did 5 years he’s real or I heard this. I know pussy niggas doing time and that dont make them hot or the right to come out and drop an album.
Every rapper exaggerates the truth and say’s things that are not fact and are mostly fictional. Some rappers worked in Mickey D’s and some front like they never had a 9-5 and that they been getting it. So the question is when does Talent Override Notoriety? Tupac went to Juliard and is idolize as a “Thug” and Notorious B.I.G was in a good school also until he met a certain group like Rick Ross did. He should have came out and told us from the get, but hey your forgiven. Im not trying to back the nigga up but just want to stroke one’s thought process on when is the line drawn between Image and Talent.
